Please read and follow these rules for a fair gaming experience

The following set of rules and regulations is designed to ensure that every player enjoys a fair, safe, and pleasant experience on our server.
FrozenCo MMO reserves the right to determine what behavior or actions constitute a violation of these rules. In the event of a violation, FrozenCo MMO may, at its sole discretion, take actions including—but not limited to—account deletion, suspension of service access, or reporting to relevant authorities. FrozenCo MMO also reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove these rules at any time; updates will be announced on our Discord channel and the official website.
All penalties apply to the individual account holder. This means that all characters associated with the violating account will be affected. In certain cases, penalties may also extend to all accounts associated with the same IP address.
ACCOUNT
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any loss of items, characters, or progress resulting from account sharing will not be restored.
Selling or trading accounts, items, or Gold for real-world currency or any other form of exchange will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.
GENERAL CONDUCT
Be respectful and welcoming towards others at all times.
Maintain good sportsmanship. Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
You are responsible for your own actions, regardless of provocation. Claiming you were “provoked�does not excuse misconduct.
Harassment of any kind is forbidden, including but not limited to:
- Verbal harassment;
- Player-versus-player-related harassment (see PvP section).
Any form of bug abuse, whether intentional or not, will result in a rollback or permanent ban.
Do not ask Game Masters (GMs) or Project Managers (PMs) for levels, items, Gold, VIP status, or any free advantages. Such requests will be ignored, and repeated spamming may result in a 7-day chat ban.
COMMUNICATION
Use respectful language. Profanity, hate speech, trolling, or other provocative behavior is strictly prohibited.
Discussions, symbols, or expressions related to religion, politics, or wars are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to mock, insult, or offend others based on their beliefs, nationality, race, or culture will result in a permanent ban.
Sharing personal information (such as names, addresses, social media accounts, etc.) without consent is strictly forbidden.
Do not send repetitive or meaningless messages (spam or flooding).
Excessive use of emojis, symbols, or punctuation marks is considered flooding.
Posting any kind of advertisement—especially links to external websites or other private servers—is prohibited.
Do not promote or encourage the use of drugs, alcohol, or any harmful substances in any form.
Spreading false information or slandering the game, its staff, or other players is not allowed.
Do not discuss game bugs or exploits that could provide unfair advantages. Report them privately to the administration instead.
It is forbidden to insult or offend other players in any way, including using offensive, religious, racist, pornographic, or derogatory language. Severe violations, especially religious or political offenses, may result in a permanent ban or hardware block.
Posting pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive material in any form will result in immediate action.
Only the languages officially supported by FrozenCo MMO are allowed in public chat. Currently, the supported language is English.
ADVERTISING
Advertising or mentioning other servers in any way is strictly forbidden—this includes posting web addresses or references to other private servers. Sharing a web address will result in a permanent ban. Any other form of advertisement will result in a 30-day ban for the first offense, and a permanent ban for repeated violations, without prior notice or warning.
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The use of third-party software or hardware to gain any advantage, profit, or to automate gameplay (including macros) is strictly prohibited.
Macros or automated actions performed using macro-enabled hardware (such as specialized keyboards or mice) are also violations and will be treated accordingly.
PENALTIES
The following penalties apply to players who violate the rules:
1st Offense �2-hour ban
2nd Offense �24-hour ban
3rd Offense �Permanent ban
GAMEPLAY
Players must be prepared to confirm their activity if requested by the administration or the anti-cheat system.
In simple terms: any away-from-keyboard (AFK) activity that contributes to gameplay progress is prohibited unless the player confirms their presence when prompted. Failure to confirm will be treated as macro-assisted activity.
It is prohibited to intentionally disrupt or sabotage other players�gameplay experience (especially in PvP scenarios).
Any trade or exchange of in-game items made voluntarily (borrowing, lending, renting, etc.) is done at your own risk. Lost items in such cases will not be restored.
Real-money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Impersonating administrators, moderators, or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
Inappropriate usernames, character names, or guild names that contain profanity, hate speech, political or religious references, or offensive content are not allowed and may be changed by staff or result in penalties.
Players are responsible for the security of their accounts. Sharing login details is done at your own risk and is not covered by support.
